I’m not sure how the title came about, but I had this line in my head the entire time it took to make this layout. You see, it’s from a song by Anna Ternheim, who I frequently listen to while scrapbooking.
The layout is my response to Simple Scrapper‘s July assignment: To make a red, white and blue non- July 4th layout. I used a Simple Scrapper Premium Member sketch to make it.
Just as the photo on the layout I posted yesterday, this photo is from the same competition. What’s strange is that I brought my big camera and could only get one decent photo (all the others were blurry, or I chopped off one of the pony’s legs or something), while this photo, taken with Instagram turned out pretty ok! The photo is from before the competition itself, while they were warming up.
For this layout I took out my Studio Calico March 2012-kit; Story hour, and used papers from American Crafts and Crate Paper. What I especially liked in this kit, is the die-cut journaling spots and flair from Evalicious. Gorgeous!
