Olympic lifting mini "foundation" pages
I'm using an on-going mini book to document my progress throughout a 9-week Olympic lifting cycle called "9 Weeks of Heaven," a ridiculously high-volume, high-intensity cycle that was designed for an actual (female) Olympian lifter.
