Hello, sunshine! For this card, I used Distress Markers to color in the stamps, then misted with water and stamped to get a watercolor look.
For the background, I rubbed Distress ink on a craft sheet, misted it with water, and dragged white cardstock through it. Love how the top part almost looks like a cloud! :)
