Project Life 2013 - week 20
Seems crazy to be saying week 20 already!
I had a super great and busy day last Friday so I used my whole left side for those photos. I took a chance and tried printing directly on the white woodgrain cardstock that was sold here (can't find it now, might be OOS) and it worked great. I have a Canon Pixma inkjet printer and it fed through my rear feed where the photo paper normaly goes just fine. I added a few Veneer geotags (from Studio Calico) that I inked with a cranberry ink and then embossed about 6 times with clear powder. I added some stitching to trace my path using two colors, the tan color and some red arrow accents to show my direction. I initially planned to attach the whole 4 x 9" piece on top of the protector but didn't like the look so I decided to cut it into the three pieces. Since I had already done the stitching I had to cut through it in some parts, I just added little dots of glue so the thread wouldn't lift and fray.
On the right I filled in with shots from the rest of the week, the title card was done with a San Francisco skyline cut file I found in the Silhouette store.
