Project Life Week 14

For this week, I went with the nautical theme in some of the kits. I used a lot of the navy blue color which I don't usually use (the labels and the washi tape). And of course I had to use that adorable anchor!

I loved the paper with the hexagons on it, but sometimes I find it hard to use papers with bold designs. So I cut out three of the hexagons and used them as a design on my title card.

I used the hanging I Love You stamp - I adore that stamp - with black ink and then colored it in with Copics. I also added an additional doodled line around the edges with a Micron marker and added shadows with a Copic to add dimension. Did I mention I love that stamp? So adorable!

And of course...I had to add one of the little house cut files. I think I will be using those on everything I make now....
