Week One 2013
I have officially started my 2013 spreads - woohoo! I have made one major change this year - I have gone to rounded corners. I never wanted to bother with it, but I purchased the Corner Chomper from the store and it makes it so easy. I actually think they look better this way too.
I love the Big Screen Add-On with the bright colors. I especially LOVE the washi tape in it. I made a frame for one of my photos using it. I cut a piece of 4x6 white cardstock and then covered it with strips of washi. Then I drew the scallops with a pen and cut out the center. I outlined it with a Uniball.
I used white paint first and then markers on the speech bulbles - another favorite product of mine this month. I also cut scallops out of a strip of the gold star washi. There are so many things you can do with washi tape! For the small blue frame, I used a strip of the teal washi in the scrapbook kit over white cardstock and punched a circle out of it. This was able to frame a portion of my photo.
I also used two items from the Bright Ideas Class Printables. TFL! suzy
