Just Keep Swimming

I used 3 colors of Distress Oxides blended and spritzed with water to make my background. Stamped and heat embossed with silver Zing for the mermaid tale. Stamped and embossed two sentiments in white embossing powder, one of them I turned on its side. I used Clear Nuvo drops for water bubbles. My background was too wide so I had to trim it down. I used the trim piece as a strip along the bottom to anchor the card. Flat enough to still mail!
