2017 Goals Dashboard

I decided to use my Cypress Grove Stamp Subscription stamps to create this 2017 Health Goals Dashboard. I will include this in my planner. LOATW January 2017#2
I embossed the 2017 and the weights and forks in silver embossing powder. I used a snowflake punch and the 4x6 Keystone pad to punch the snowflakes and used small puffy hearts to embellish them. I used a small 2x3 planner stamp for the subjects but not sure which one it is.
