I love this stamp set by Tina so much! Had fun watercoloring a background for him. The snowflakes are stamped in mojito -- love that color! And the eyes and nose were stamped with black pigment ink and then heat embossed with black powder. Adds that little something! Along with dots of glitter. :) To do the scarf, I first inked it with blush crush, then made stripes with a water based red marker and misted it with water. :)
