Retro Hello Card *Main Kit Only*

This card uses the main kit; Park Ave. I stamped the patterns on a card base, & then used a "wet on wet" technique to add color. I placed a drop of water on the stamped images, & then added various opacities of watercolor paint to get bursts of color
